No need to fight the mall traffic, stand in long lines, or deal with large crowds. Enjoy your very own private shopping experience with FAO by Jay. This is your opportunity to privately shop those exclusive looks and favorite styles that you've viewed on our website or social media sites. You'll also shop from our newest fashion collection. If there are no open dates available on the calendar, please reach out to us via email at: customerservice@faobyjay.com to request a private shopping appointment and we will return your request with available dates and times for shopping. Once the available date and time is arranged, you will receive information on how to book your private shopping experience. The private shopping experience requires a $25.00 non-refundable deposit, which is due at the time of your booking. Your deposit will be credited toward any purchase made during your private shopping experience, if an in-person purchase is made. If no in-person purchase is made, the deposit is non-refundable for any reason. (*Deposit cannot be transferred to any other date(s) or another person. Purchase must be made during scheduled visit for deposit to be credited.) We can't wait to meet you and welcome you into the FAO by Jay exclusive shopping family.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your private appointment, kindly provide a 24-hour cancellation notice. Deposits are non-refundable. SHOPPING RULES: 1. Your shopping experience is for one (1) hour only. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled (deposits are non-refundable). If you are late your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. 2. You are allowed only one (1) additional shopper to join you (*no children under 16). 3. If you tear a garment or leave makeup on a garment, you are then financially responsible for the garment. Please adhere to the rules of our private shopping experience. You will be contacted via mail with your confirmed appointment time and date. If you have not made your appointment deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed. You will also receive an email with the address to the FAO by Jay shopping location. Please verify your email address is correct before submitting your request.
