WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For online purchases we accept the following payment methods:

Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

 

We also accept AfterPay and Sezzle!! Order and receive your FAO by Jay fashions now, and pay over four (4) bi-weekly payments.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, or other store closings) and shipped via UPS and/or USPS. Please allow 5-7 business days in-transit once shipping has been confirmed, and a tracking number provided via email.

Order confirmation will be received via the email address provided in the original order. Please verify your email address before finalizing your order, as orders cannot be modified or updated once submitted.

 

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via USPS.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A tracking number will be provided via the email address provided, once your order has been processed. Please ensure your email address is correct before finalizing your order, as once the order has been submitted, your information cannot be updated. 

Check your spam folder if you have not received an email with tracking within 72 hours of placing your order.

CAN I RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If there is an issue or concern with your purchase, and we are not meeting your expectations, please let us know as our goal is to make your shopping experience a flawless one.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

*Under certain circumstances we will accept returns on items that are unworn (no spots, fragrance, damaged material, etc.), in the original form, and have all hang tags attached.

Customer will have three (3) days, once item has been received, to contact us requesting an exchange or store credit. Contact us at customerservice@faobyjay.com

We reserve the right to deny returns to the customer if merchandise has been worn, original tags have been removed, or there are spots, fragrance, or any damage to the item(s).

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

If we made a mistake on your order, we truly apologize. Contact us immediately at: customerservice@FAObyJay.com and we will correct our error.

MY CONTACT INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. CAN I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes to the order. Please ensure your contact information (name, address, email, etc.) is correct before submitting your order.
